Tower Retrofit Kit
Transform your Studio Reformer* or Legacy Reformer into the most versatile Pilates machine available! Our Tower Retrofit Kit creates a space-saving Pilates Reformer / Tower Combination that enables you to work in multiple planes of resistance on a moving platform. Add new exercises to your repertoire to increase abdominal strength, core stability, flexibility and balance, without requiring any additional space for your equipment.

Engineered and built for stability, our unique attachment system disperses the stress throughout the frame. We also offer the easiest conversion system: 2 mats fit over the carriage and on top of the frame, so there's no need to lift and turn over the carriage. Mats can also be used as floor mats. These mats won't slide – non-skid feet hold them firmly together in place on the floor.

Reformer Mat Conversion
The Twin Mat Conversion extends the versatility of our Studio and Clinical Reformers, allowing them to be used with Wall Towers or as treatment tables. On Reformers shipped before November 2002, the carriage is removed and the mats are dropped in. On Reformers shipped in November 2002 and after, the shoulder rests are removed and the mats simply fit on top of the frame (no need to remove the carriage). Twin mats are 46.25" x 26.5" each. For new Reformer or retrofit.

Padded Foot Plates
Padded Foot Plates (also known as Jumpboards) add great versatility to your Reformer. In addition to allowing jumping and other cardio exercises, a Padded Foot Plate also re-creates a biomechanically accurate standing position while on the Reformer.

For Allegro ®, Allegro Sport ®, Pilates IQ ® and Personal Reformers®, select the Foot Plate created for your specific Reformer.

Redesigned Padded Foot Plate works with Allegro Reformers purchased June 21, 2007, or later. For Allegro Reformers purchased earlier than June 21, 2007, you will also need Retrofit Kit, sold separately below. (Or, our Original Padded Foot Plate for the Allegro is still available, and does not require a Retrofit Kit.)

Sitting Boxes
Used with your Reformer, a Sitting Box opens up a whole new realm of Reformer workouts, including prone exercises, abdominal strength exercises, side stretching and more. Sitting Boxes also offer a more comfortable option for many seated exercises.

Boxes sold online are upholstered in black, except the Allegro Sport Sitting Box, sold online in New Burgundy only. Custom colors are also available (call to order). Foot Straps are often used with Sitting Box exercises, and are sold separately below.

Contour Sitting Box
We've taken the edges off, to fit the body better and encourage a fuller range of motion. You may not think you're aware of the edge, but once it's gone you'll be amazed at how much better the exercises flow. More comfortable for prone exercises (Swan) and supine long box exercises (Back Stroke) because there is no hard edge to interfere with body placement. Part of a new line of products, created in collaboration with Rael Isacowitz, which take the designs of Joseph Pilates to a new level of comfort and expanded performance.

Foot Straps
The foot strap is a great Reformer accessory. Combined with the sitting box, you can add great diversity to your workout. Select the length of foot strap based on the type of Reformer or Footbar you have. All lengths available in Cotton or Padded style except the Personal Reformer Foot Strap, which comes in cotton only.

Add-A-Platform
Sit or stand at the Allegro’s head-end, and use spring resistance for pulling rather than pushing. Great for spinal mobilization, as in seated cat or mermaid, or to increase inner thigh work for standing exercises by pulling the carriage towards you. Pilates instructors world-wide offer Balanced Body ideas for new products. Add-a-Platform is a result of our wonderful collaborative process. Fits any Allegro Reformer, with or without a Tower.

Leather Straps - Pair
For wooden Studio Reformers only. (They do not fit Legacy or Ron Fletcher Reformers.) The traditional straps used by Joseph Pilates. Available in latigo (burgundy) and oak-tanned leather.

Wall Security Strap

Secures standing Allegros when storing vertically. Includes eye-screw for mounting strap on walls with standard wood framing. Different types of walls may require a different fastener.

Retrofit Kits
(for Pilates IQ Reformers only)
This kit allows you to change the wheels on your Pilates IQ Reformer. "Library" wheels allow you to store your IQ upright. "Wheelbarrow" wheels let you to store your IQ under a bed.

Adjustable Pulley Risers
(for Studio Reformers only)
Risers elevate the pulleys 2" to 13" (5cm to 33cm) above the frame, enabling you to change the angle of resistance. Risers also allow the ropes to pass above the shoulder pads, which prevents scuffing of the pads. This retrofit is for a machine with ropes. (This does not include ropes)

Carriage Back Support for Seated Exercises
Positioned against the headrests, the Carriage Back Support provides low back support during seated Reformer exercises. Ideal for women who want to continue Pilates workouts during pregnancy.

Detachable 9" Rotator Disks
Adjustable Velcro® attachments allow you to position Rotator Disks virtually anywhere on the Foot Plate. Rotator Disks detach, so you can use the Foot Plate and disks independently. Kit fits any Balanced Body Foot Plate. Originally built by Balanced Body for Marika Molnar.

Ropes and Risers Conversion
Straps are traditional, but ropes have less friction and move more easily back and forth through the pulleys. Also, our swivel pulleys allow variation in the angle of resistance, allowing the ropes to be pulled easily in any direction - useful in multi-plane exercises. Ropes can be quickly adjusted to many lengths. Risers elevate the pulleys 2" to 13" above the frame, enabling you to change the angle of resistance. Risers also allow the ropes to pass above the shoulder pads, which prevents scuffing of the pads. For Wood Reformers.

Traditional Reformer Accessory Kit
A convenient package of four accessories often used for traditional Reformer exercises. Kit includes one each of:

Carriage Return Stoppers for Traditional Footbars
Finished Maple blocks fit over the stopper pegs to stop the carriage in two additional positions: 3" and 6" from the stopper pegs. Ideal for limiting knee flexion in very tall people (over 6'3") or those with knee injuries. Stoppers will pre-load the springs, so if you want to retain neutral tension, we recommend the use of spring extenders.

Carriage Extension Stoppers for all Wood Reformers
Placed in the tracks at the pulley end of the Reformer, these finished Maple blocks decrease carriage extension by 21", 15", 9" and 3". Only a single block is needed to safely limit carriage extension.

• Medium Block decreases travel 9"
• Long Block decreases travel 15"
• Extra Long Block decreases travel 21"

Sidewheel Conversion Kit
